My name is Hunter Moss. I own & operate all aspects of this business and the complementary services that i provide. In addition to managing your property, I can set up your home for short term rental, do cleaning & laundry, yard maintenance, pressure washing, and firewood delivery! You will be dealing directly with me & my small team including my wife and dear friend. * Please note: I do not have to be managing your property to provide any of these services!

Property Management

We specialize in managing Short Term Rentals in the Downtown Greenville, SC market, as well as the Paris Mountain area. We can help get your property set up on Airbnb & Vrbo, do the photos, listing, etc and can even give suggestions, help find furniture on marketplace and help you navigate permits and all the paperwork involved with the city. We deal with all guest inquiries, questions, bookings, & problems that arise during their stay, and do the cleaning and laundry between guests. We manage your property, keep everything nice, clean and taken care of, alert you to improperly functioning things like toilets, hvac, leaks, etc... and have companies on call to fix them. We are also on call for when you need us to do something or meet someone, block off dates that you want to use the property, and keep the property stocked with paper products, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities like coffee, soap, shampoo etc..
Home Cleaning
I have a small team of cleaners that i know and trust (myself, my wife, & my dear friend) to get the job done in a thorough and timely manner. We don't cut corners and provide top notch service so we can keep the ratings and reviews excellent to keep the new guests booking, as well as the repeat guests the consistency they expect!
Laundry
No one enjoys doing it... but it has to be done! We normally do laundry on site while cleaning your property, but in some instances for quick turnarounds, we need to take it off site so we can get the next guests in or give stains some special attention.
Yard Maintenance
Mowing, Weed Eating & Spraying, Leaf/Debris Blowing, Hedge Trimming, Laying Sod, or Spreading Mulch.
Pressure Washing
Driveways, Sidewalks, Decks & Patios, Outdoor Furniture, etc.

Firewood Delivery
All hardwood trees that fell on my personal property from Hurricane Helene that have been split and seasoned since October of 2024. Also have some pine for outdoor firepits. Can deliver by the pickup truck load or in bundles and have kindling available as well. I can also come to your property with my chainsaws and log splitter to process any fallen trees you have on site and stack them for you, or remove from your property.
